Sometimes getting started with writing is the hardest part! This event will provide you with ideas on how to get started and tell the stories that are important to you and your community. Whether you have always wanted to write but haven’t gotten around to it or maybe have felt intimidated, this is the perfect opportunity to connect and learn how to take that first step. This event will be facilitated by Dr. Elizabeth Santiago, founder of The Untold Narratives, which she started to elevate underrepresented and under-heard voices. She is also a fiction writer and writing teacher.
