Journaling allows you to write and reflect on thoughts, feelings and life experiences to understand them more clearly. Journaling might include writing about daily happenings from progress at work to musings you had on a walk or even to celebrate successes. Journaling can also focus on expressing thoughts and emotions that haven’t been shared with others, to work through feelings of being overwhelmed, to make important life decisions, and/or to to get to know yourself better. Regardless of how you use journaling, it's a great tool to support your wellness goals.
